Regalbuto said officers will have a “zero tolerance” policy for traffic violations. According to Wildwood officials, the event is scheduled for Friday through Sunday.
“The Commission welcomes all visitors to Wildwood and emphasizes that all ordinances and laws must be followed during their visit,” a city official said in a statement.
A social media post promoted Wildwood for an H2022 pop-up showing cars around town. A report from delmarvanow.com reports that similar gatherings have led to an increase in accidents and arrests in Maryland.
